Lean Labs is a "startup culture" inside Macy's. They create small lean and agile teams of 5-10 that then tackle problems/projects like startups. If their creations (or tools) gain traction and users/customers (through ABY testing) the product is launched across the entirety of Macys.com and, if applicable" in-stores. I did some promotion design in-house for a few things and worked on a logo as well.
